These awards are open to individuals and institutions who are actively engaged in or have made outstanding contributions to STAIRS programs, including:

Schools participating in STAIRS initiatives
Physical Education Teachers and Coaches
STAIRS Coordinators (District/State Level)
STAIRS Volunteers and Grassroots Sports Leaders
Sports Facilities supporting STAIRS athletes
Students, Teams, and Alumni from STAIRS programs

All nominations undergo a structured, multi-stage evaluation process

•Final Endorsement by STAIRS Leadership Board

Selection Criteria

•Innovation and Creativity (20%)
•Sustainability and Continuity (15%)
•Ethical Leadership (15%)
•Inclusion and Accessibility (10%)
•Jury Insight and Originality (10%)

Jury names will be revealed closer to the event to ensure a neutral and transparent process.
