India’s premier not-for-profit organization in broadbasing of sports and reputed law firm to jointly focus on promoting sport law and IPR in sports

STAIRS (Society For Transformation, Inclusion and Recognition through Sports, India’s premier not-for-profit organization in broadbasing of sports and ‘Kanth & Associates’, a full-service law firm renowned and reputed name in the legal fraternity have announced a collaboration today. The collaboration will focus on the importance of IPR at every level in sports development with strong legal intervention to protect the budding sportspersons.

Speaking on the Occasion Mr. Siddhartha Upadhyay, member, Governing Body — Sports Authority of India and Founder of STAIRS said “STAIRS has contributed to broadbasing sports in India and impacted the entire eco-system. Our efforts and Government’s emphasis on making India a sporting nation has created lot of opportunities in the sector.
