PESS Organizational Structure:
1. Division Head - Physical Education and Sports Sciences:
The Division Head will be responsible for overseeing all activities and initiatives related to physical education and sports sciences. They will lead the program, set goals, and ensure effective implementation of various activities.
2. Program Coordinators:
Program Coordinators will be assigned to handle specific aspects of the program, such as training for physical education teachers, seminars for coaches, and research initiatives. They will work closely with the Division Head to execute these activities efficiently.
3. Physical Education Trainers:
To be a global leader in physical education and sports sciences, recognized for our commitment to excellence, integrity, and positive societal impact. We aspire to inspire and transform lives through the power of sports and physical education.
4. Sports Science Researchers:
Sports science researchers will conduct studies and research projects to explore new methodologies, training techniques, and approaches to physical education. Their findings will be disseminated through seminars and workshops.
5. Seminar Organizers:
The Seminar Organizers will be responsible for planning and executing seminars and workshops for physical education teachers and coaches. They will invite experts in the field to share their knowledge and insights.
6. Membership Drive Team
This team will focus on the membership drive, encouraging physical education teachers and coaches to join the program. They will highlight the benefits of membership and communicate the opportunities for professional growth.
7. Marketing and Communication Team:
This team will handle the promotion of the program and its activities. They will use various channels, including social media, emails, and newsletters, to reach out to potential members and showcase the program's offerings.
8. Administrative Support:
Administrative personnel will handle the logistics and administrative tasks related to organizing training sessions, seminars, and research projects. They will also manage membership records and handle inquiries from interested individuals.
